Triangle Y Soccer Club

President: facilitates board meetings; responsible for oversight of the following committees: Marketing & PR, Sponsors, Field Procurement and Maintenance; represents TYSC to NCYSA and attends AGA general meetings

Vice President: responsible for oversight of the following committees: Player & Coach Development, Referees, Commissioners.

Secretary: responsible for taking notes at board meetings; keeps track of items to be completed; keeps track of rules.

Treasurer: responsible for club finances & ensuring not-for-profit status.

Director of Marketing & PR: responsible for PR releases and advertising; coordinates info to website and through e-mails, and flyers; coordinates pictures and articles from club members and advertising in local newspapers.

Director of Player & Coaching: responsible for clinics, camps and training of all new coaches.

Director of Referees: responsible for developing and assigning referee's for U10 – U14 teams unless assignor has been selected; serves as liaison between TYSC & ref assignor.

Director of Field & Procurement and Maintenance: responsible for procuring fields for the next few seasons & insuring that they are maintained. (Lining of the fields will be handled by Staff.)

Director of Sponsors: responsible for obtaining sponsorships.

U6 Commissioner: responsible for representing U6 & U5 issues.

U8 Commissioner: responsible for representing U7 & U8 issues.

U10, U12, & U14 Commissioner: responsible for representing U10-U14 issues; attends Carolina Rec Alliance meetings; ensures older teams have full schedule to play.

Challenge Commissioner: responsible for oversight of Challenge program; attends MSSL and NCYSA challenge meetings.

Past President: non-voting position; heads nomination committee.
